But what I would say is that we have technologies that are capable of doing a lot of things that have historically been done by professors. And one area where we’re seeing that is with something called Courseware. … these are products that offer the soup to nuts of an entire course. So not only the digital textbook, but homework assignments, assessments, auto grading capabilities, educational videos, slide presentations, study flashcards, you name it. … Students have really strong feelings about it … they’re frustrated with what feels like a lack of personalized feedback and a feeling of being cheated out of the personalized human learning experience that they expected.”
