UNC wins affirmative action case, for now
From Inside Higher Ed: “The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill didn’t discriminate against white and Asian American applicants in admissions, a federal judge ruled Monday. The case was brought by Students for Fair Admissions, the same group that is suing Harvard University over its admissions policies. That case is currently awaiting a brief by the U.S. solicitor general before the Supreme Court decides whether to consider an appeal.”
