Nick Slanec

As Kiosk’s Jr. Data Engineer, Nick transforms complex data sets into visually appealing charts and graphs, infusing our metrics with meaning.

Nick has a bachelor of science from Loyola Marymount University (LMU), where he studied Applied Information Management Systems (AIMS), a degree that merges computer science and business. He served as President of the LMU AIMS society, where he created and taught peer certification courses in programs like Tableau and Amazon Web Services.

In his spare time, Nick can be found charting the great outdoors, training for his Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification, or helping out the community as a S-130 certified type II wildland firefighter.
