International applicants forecast to rise by 46% by 2026

From University World News: “A new report by UCAS, the Universities and Colleges Admissions Service, and the College Board forecasts that the volume of international undergraduate applicants for study places in the United Kingdom will increase by 46% to 208,500 by 2026. The report is informed by insights from a survey completed by 1,300 students planning to study internationally. Clare Marchant, UCAS chief executive, said: ‘International students are showing extraordinary resilience – the universal appeal of living and studying in another country continues.’”
