Walmart to pay 100% of tuition and books for associates continuing their education

From Forbes: “The retail behemoth announced that it will pay 100% of tuition and books for its 1.5 million part-time and full-time Walmart and Sam’s Club associates in the U.S. through its Live Better U program … The world’s largest retailer and private employer will invest $1 billion in its associates over the next five years, earmarking the money for career-driven training and development … Walmart will add four academic partners, including Johnson & Wales University, the University of Arizona, the University of Denver and Pathstream and expand to 60 programs.
