At Kiosk, we think social responsibility is important. And when we come together to support a cause, it’s incredibly rewarding. Thinking locally, we’ve established a year-round partnership with a nonprofit that does great work in Marin County, Homeward Bound of Marin, who provide shelters, and services including work training, for homeless families and individuals.
This year we’ve supported Homeward Bound’s creative solutions to homelessness in a few different ways. As well as fundraising for them, we’ve worked with the HBoM team to redesign their websites, create an ad campaign for their Wagster Treats dog snacks, and, most recently, with a volunteering work day spent helping out in the Homeward Bound kitchens and gardens.
As team building exercises go, there’s something pretty satisfying about actually building things. Thanks to our friends at Homeward Bound for giving us the opportunity to spend a fun and inspiring day with them.
