Kiosk Ran the Human Race

Kiosk Runs the Human Race

Kiosk took to the streets at the Marin Civic Center on May 7th to run the Bay Area Human Race 5K in support of our friends at Homeward Bound of Marin. This was my first year running as part of the Kiosk team and I was impressed by the effort everyone put into the run, including coworkers who brought kids along, which added to the family atmosphere of the event.

While it’s the taking part that matters most, alongside raising money for charity, I’m pleased to report that everyone finished in the top 50% of runners, with a running total raised (excuse the pun) of over $1,500. Homeward Bound of Marin works year round to provide shelter and job training for homeless people. While the race we ran is over, it’s not too late to show your support. If you’d like to help, please visit our crowdfunding page.

See you next year!
