Kiosk springs into action for pet nutrition brand Tailspring
Tailspring brings the goodness of goat milk to pets with a line of nourishing products for cats and dogs – and their little ones.
The Challenge
Following a rebranding of products and packaging, Tailspring wanted their web presence to better embody their new brand look and feel. An additional goal was to migrate the site’s content and e-commerce features to the Craft CMS platform, bringing them into line with other properties owned by parent company Darey Brands and creating consistency among their backend systems.
The Solution
Kiosk designed, developed and launched a new Tailspring website, smoothly executing the Craft CMS migration and updating the site to reflect the rebrand. In the process we made the site more actionable, evolving the sitemap and simplifying navigation to take visitors to Tailspring’s products more directly. We also provided SEO analysis to make the site more discoverable for pet lovers seeking natural and nutritious products.
The Results
We delivered a smooth web transition for Tailspring, enhancing the customer experience on the frontend and the client’s admin experience on the backend. Pet lovers now have an easier time learning about the benefits of goat milk and purchasing Tailspring products online. Meanwhile, Tailspring is more efficiently transacting e-commerce on the same platform as the rest of Darey’s family of brands.
